our primary objective is to foster collective financial growth among our members. As a cooperative, we recognize the power of unity and collaboration in achieving mutual success. After establishing our cooperative framework, our next critical task was to secure appropriate locations for our activities. This ensured that each member has access to a favorable working place, conducive to their professional growth and success. By pooling our resources and expertise, we create a supportive environment where every member can thrive financially and contribute to the prosperity of the collective.
Vision of Cooperative:
1. REAL ESTATE
After payment of loan that the cooperative has with BRD, the cooperative will continue their projects including the building of real estate, means cooperative will build flat buildings located in Kigali City like houses and apartments that people can buy themselves among of those buildings.
Furthermore, we choose that project because our cooperative is basically cooperative deals with sellers of construction materials. During the period of construction of that real estate, the sellers of construction materials as well they are members of cooperative will be the supplier of construction materials that will be used to that project. Actually the cooperative will support members of cooperative in order to facilitate them in importing the construction materials from the outside factories deals with construction materials in financial purpose and in tracking the load from the factories to the sites.
Other vision of cooperative is to help members of cooperative to get their own house among of the real estate, as if they don’t have money to buy it, the cooperative will help them to get loan from financial institution in order to buy it. Nowadays the plot for construction in Kigali are very expensive. As well the members of cooperative are living in Kigali, so we plan the project on flat buildings in order to facilitate our members to live near their work, because if they live far from their work it will cost them much money for transport. The members of our cooperative who have their own houses also can buy the houses from real estate and rent them. That income rent can help them to pay the loan from bank they have.
In partnership of the Commercial Banks we deal with, they will support us for getting the clients of our houses because in Kigali, many people want their own houses of living. It is in that way we will get profit of cooperative and hurry up for achieve other projects like the previous one we will accomplish. According to strategies of our country, the people must be living at the good area where all infrastructures must be accessed easily. Our project planned of real estate will be at the standard of development of our country and we will give job to many people according to sales frequency of the houses. For international trading, we plan to cooperate with international business investors for buying the whole real estate constructed because we have experience of importing good quality construction materials that will be used as well for our projects. That task will convince international business investors that our buildings are strong enough for many years.
2. FACTORIES OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
The purpose of our cooperative is to promote sellers and purchasers of construction materials, we are pleased to establish the factories of construction materials.
Cooperative will cooperate with the members to be the deals of the factories of cooperative, As well cooperative will facilitate the members to get the products on credit and the will pay after selling those products.
Those factories will accelerate the performance of real estate and to sell on high speed our store of construction materials for the project of real estate.
For the program of our country named Made in Rwanda, the factories will use resources found in Rwanda on high level for fabrication of construction materials.
